The Lunar Chronicles: Cinder - Marissa Meyer

Cinder by Marissa Meyer is about Cinder, a girl living in New Beijing sometime in the future. There are hover cars and Micro chips, but Cinder is a cyborg. She lost her hand and leg in a hover car  accident when she was a child and now the limbs that were once there are replaced by metal technology. A deadly second plague also exists, Letumosis. And up on the moon are the Lunar people with their strange magical powers and secrets than no one seems to be able to uncover.

For me, Cinder was a great novel. A Brilliant start to a series that made me need to read the next one. Cinder's feelings and emotions were put across wonderfully and you almost felt it as she would.You truly did hate her step- mother and root for Cinder to the end.
